Black Jacket Symphony Huntsville Concert reviews
Doesn't get any better
"Since the early 70's, I've enjoyed Black Jacket Symphony. Once in early 1973, he returned a phone call to me from a recording studio. When I left a message, I'm sure he thought I was a booking agent. He was a total kind gentleman about the whole thing. His new music was mainly played, which I can understand. I was totally OK with that because I love both his latest works. THREE encore songs included "Loan Me a Dime," making me extremely happy. I would have preferred to hear "Love on a Two Way Street" since it is on my own set list when I perform. Monet, his backup singer, was amazing, and he gave her a solo opportunity that she nailed. However, I have an issue with the security detail hired by the venue. 'Elite' is the company, and these people are just plain rude. They walk around with an angry scowl on their faces and treat people as if they are going to slam them onto the ground and handcuff them. This created a negative vibe all around us, which was distracting and unappreciated. Some of their actions amazed several of us. Instead of enjoying the concert, at times we watched them!!!! People are not supposed to take pictures, or God forbid....dance in the aisles.... but they might get more cooperation by being more civil to people instead of yelling, threatening, and bullying. I arrived early due to my 6-hour long drive, and the sound check was ongoing. Standing at the back, I was literally 'shooed' away by angry hand gestures, and when approached, was treated as if I was going to be arrested. Totally uncalled for."
Event was unforgettable!
The game was great, especially since this was a surprise for our 14 year old grandson. Because of this we had an extra ticket so we invited our neighbor. My husband was unable to attend this event as he was rushed to emergency and was admitted to the hospital. All three of us had never been to a pro game.
I did not like that the rows of people in front of us would not seat down after the game started. They practically stood up the first half of the game. It was an exciting game and event for all three of us.
Travis is amazing and extremely hot!!!
Black Jacket Symphony was the best concert we have ever seen, this being mine and my husband's first time experiencing it. The venue was intimate, making it very personable. We loved Black Jacket Symphony before, and now even more. He has such an amazing voice and is so entertaining. We can't wait for Black Jacket Symphony to come to town again so we can see him perform once more.
His band is incredible, let's not forget to mention that. Black Jacket Symphony definitely knows how to put on a show and has a great time entertaining the audience on stage. He is so hot and his voice is amazing. The best thing is how much fun he has on stage - how could you not love him? Black Jacket Symphony, hurry back!
Johnny Mathis.... bucket list
"Incredible was Black Jacket Symphony! His voice is amazing. Had a full orchestra which you don't really see as much anymore. His Christmas concerts are awesome. My first time seeing him in concert, and taking my 80 yr old aunt was so worth the tickets. I grew up listening to Tom Jones, Neil Diamond and others. People were telling me he sang for 45 minutes, then had a comedian on for 30 min. Had a 20 min intermission and came back on for another hour. I made a bucket list in memory of my mom who loved, sang and hummed their songs. Can't wait to see that!"
